Fig. 5. Examination of the effect of pPLA-IIa on the expression of cell division-related genes. Total RNA was isolated from the flowers of WT and ppla-iia mutant plants, and expression levels of CENH3, CENPC, CTF7, and DUO1 were examined by real-time qRT-PCR using gene-specific primers. Data shown are means ± SE from three biological replications and three technical repeats in each.
