Nineteen complete bivalents were observed in BB50, as shown in (J), 10 of which are of B. rapa (green fluorescence, K- raw) and nine are of R. sativus chromosomes (DAPI, blue), whereas the remaining lines show multivalent and univalent chromosome pairing.
