Aims & Scope
Plant Breeding and Biotechnology (Plant Breed. Biotech., PBB)
publishes original and peer-reviewed research and review articles in all areas of basic and practical researches in the field of plant breeding and biotechnology including breeding methodologies, genetics, and genomics of economically important crop species. Its aim is to provide readers cutting-edge information on the use of genetic, genomic, and molecular techniques. Since the journal embraces all aspects of plant improvement, readers from both academia and industry will benefit from the contents we offer.
Plant Breeding and Biotechnology (PBB)
which started on March, 2013 is the official journal of The Korean Society of Breeding Science (KSBS). The PBB, as an international open access journal, publishes four issues of a yearly volume on February 28, May 31, August 31, and November 30 in a printed and an electronic versions. PBB is indexed in the Korea Citation Index (KCI), DOI/CrossRef, and Google Scholar.

Duplicate publications should not be represented as original site of publications; rather, PBB should be cited as the original site of publication. KSBS will send Plant Breeding and Biotechnology for free to KSBS members, certain key individuals in the field by invitation. For non-member individual subscribers, the annual subscription fee for the print version of PBB is 50,000 Korean Won or 60 U.S. dollars. Editorial and Review Policy
The term of the Editor-in-Chief shall be two years and can be extended. The term of office for the Editors shall be two years and renewable.
